We are only accepting orders from within the United States at the moment. Once an order is placed, the order cannot be altered or canceled. Merchandise availability is subject to change. At any time after receipt of the order, we reserve the right to hold orders for review and to decline orders containing information that cannot be verified. In the event that an order is placed and the item is out of stock, we will automatically refund your original payment method and inform you of the unavailability shortly after the order is placed.
We accept payments by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. For all credit card orders, billing and shipping address must match. We do not accept payments through credit cards issued from banks outside of the United States.
A sales tax of 8.875% will be applied to orders shipped within New York State.
Orders are sent via USPS or UPS. Please allow 3-5 business days to process and ship orders. We will only ship to the address provided at checkout. A signature confirmation will be required for all orders over $250. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to check if your item is eligible for return and for return instructions. Draw, raffle, and special releases are final sale and cannot be returned. Items sent back without a return authorization will be denied.
Once we authorize the return, please send back items in new condition (with original box, tags, accessories) within 7 business days of the original shipment along with the original packing slip included in the package. Customers will be charged a 10% restocking fee for all returns. Shipping and handling fees of the original purchase are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for shipping charges when making returns. Please advise us of the tracking information of the return package once available.
We reserve the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
Refunds of the merchandise value short of a 10% restocking fee will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase once the item has been received and new condition has been verified. Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.
We do not offer exchanges. If you want the item you purchased in a different size or color, you will need to place a new order and return the unwanted item for a refund.
